Business Development Manager – Client Acquisition

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts, form strategic partnerships, and increase our brand footprint in the digital modeling ecosystem. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building B2B relationships, and increasing client acquisitions across fashion, media, and advertising sectors.If you love the energy of fashion, the innovation of tech, and the power of human connection, this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and pursue new business opportunities including fashion brands, media agencies, e-commerce retailers, and production studios.
  • Partnership Development: Forge and maintain strong partnerships with brands, venues, creative agencies, and digital content creators to drive platform engagement.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to onboard new clients and corporate accounts.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through client acquisition and model placement.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze trends in fashion, modeling, and influencer marketing to inform business strategy and product development.
  • Event & Campaign Collaboration: As needed – represent the platform at trade shows, virtual expos, networking events, and campaign launches.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Gather insights from clients to help shape product features and enhance the client experience on the platform.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in business development, sales, or B2B client acquisition.
    Existing network in fashion, beauty, media, or content production.
  • Strong record of hitting or exceeding growth targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in pitching and negotiating.
  • Comfortable with outreach via email, phone, video calls, and events.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and prioritize time efficiently.
