  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Clark County, Nevada if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or their agent.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Zodel may forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Zodel may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate user accounts that are repeat infringers. Zodel also reserves the right to remove content at its discretion for any reason, including alleged infringement.

4. Misuse of DMCA Process
