However, a monumental shift is occurring, and female fitness models are dismantling these outdated norms. In fact, 7 of the top 10 fitness influencers<\/a> are women. An analysis by Natural Foundation Supplements revealed that among the top 50 fitness influencers ranked by follower count and global search volume, women lead the pack with a staggering 410.4 million combined followers, surpassing their male counterparts at 297.6 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
